Can I bring my own agent to a transaction?

Agents are welcome and we genuinely want to work with you — however, it is important to be upfront: because this inventory comes directly from developers under private arrangements, a standard co-operating commission is not always included in the deal structure. This varies by opportunity and will always be disclosed clearly before you commit to anything. In cases where a formal commission is not available, we will work with you to explore reasonable recognition for your role in bringing a qualified buyer. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome on every deal, but we are committed to ensuring your involvement is acknowledged wherever possible.

Do I need financing in place to register?
